Hurricane

$8.99

Hurricane Sally came to Florida in 2020. As the hurricane was coming and I was listening to the wind and rain, I wanted to write a song that reflected the feeling I was feeling at that time. This piece features both chords and broken eighth note movement and repetitive sections. The wind is represented with glissandos up and down the keyboard. While it sounds much more difficult to others, students will find the repetitive nature easy to learn. Feel the fury of the hurricane as the music increases in speed and finally ends with a ritard as the hurricane eye moves on to other shores.
